THE VINEYARDS
The practical totality of the stocks used for the elaboration of the broths of Adegas Valtea are of their property, it is 150,000 square meters of Adegas Valtea and other 70,000 rented whose grounds are destined completely to grape albariña. In the margin of the Miño river, with the Portuguese stocks to the front, and a direction the north-south, the vineyards of VilarvÃn are developed in an irregular slope land slight formed by authentic steps or balconies hung in the river basin of the Miño. That orography and direction allow one of the most perfect maturations of the grape of the zone.
In center of the vitivinÃcola operation are the facilities of the warehouse with a surface of more than 1000 square meters constructed. Equipped with stainless steel tanks, it presses pneumatic, deposits for maceration, barrels for aging and fermentation in French and American oak.
