ALBARIÑO VALTEA
Valtea is a young Albariño monovarietal wich develops from a grape harvest in a perfect ripening process.
The wine Valtea is made of grapes coming from selected vines. It is meticulously taken care of from bunch´s birth till bottling. The technical director´s work in the winery is to reinforce the natural qualities of the Albariño grape, carrying out a winemaking process starting in the selection of the finest bunches, careful presses and fermentation control. This is always done with the most modern processes, but also through traditional observation.
